Results:

With negligible exposure: several days
With small exposure: one week
With medium exposure: a week and a half
With long-term exposure: unknown. Some of those with long term exposure have improved notably since switching to the emergency water. Example: Lady Brunella. Others have shown very little improvement. Example: Lady Aes. Some seem consistantly worse. Example: The Hanalan diplomat, Lady Eri.

Also, after one week, the water I set aside had neglible contamination. The girl I had drink it complained of mild stomach cramps, and that was all. I believe they are repoisoning the oases under the city every week. It would be all but impossible to trace them, however. There are simply too many openings.

It is imperative that the location of the emergency reserves stays secret, known only to Your Majesty and Your Highness. They could send a man into our Council meeting to his death. Likewise, they could send a man into our reserves.

There is more.

I have reason to believe that there may be a connection among the Council itself.
